Let's Gym

     Almost a year already, I keep telling my friend i want to go GYM. But i am fail to do that ,this is because my hometown don't have enough gym equipment. I get envy my brother have a nice body shape. So, i set a target for myself to build up my body. I am now in year 1 Semester 3. I can't even dared to think I am on the right path now.I appreciate what i have possess now. I would thanks my parents and my friends who always support me and encourage me to do anythings.

     University life begin soon, I discuss with my friend that we are going to gym on it. Actually, What is gym? GYM refer to gymnasium and gymnastic services. Its also as a place , typically a private club who providing a range of facilities designed to improve and maintain physical fitness and health.Gym actually popular in ancient Greece. Nowadays, most of the young people are start to gym because they want to built a nice body shape.

Let's Gym.Environment there looks comfort and nice.Although equipment there also not complete,but the basic equipment still have it.It's just behind our university. Luckily we have a friend who are willing to teach us on how to work out on gym activity.Thanks to my friend who always guides us on the right way when we are gym.We just need  everyday maintain to work out. Entry fees for once time is RM 6. The price is affordable.
      But first, let us take a selfie in Gym Room!\

I have set up my mind that everyday need to eat at least 6-8 eggs to get more protein. Protein are essential to human body. They are one of the building blocks of body tissues, its also serve as fuel source. As a fuel, its contain 4 kcal per gram, just like carbohydrates and unlike lipids,which contain 9 kcal per gram.So it's the way to built up our muscle by eating more protein foods.Below picture is the food i eat everyday.

Just have to steam vegetables and the chicken Breast, 6 eggs per day. No any oily food for me if you need to built a nice body shape. Food also one of the important part because if you simply eat, it will gain fat.
  

I have do some research what body should i have? 
It's too funny to let me think until so further. I have get some idea on what body shape that i should have.but Impossible!!

Wow! Its look fantastic! but its really need to work out at least 1 year. It's a  hard task for me i think!!!Don't even think it.I believe i can maintain work out everyday. 

In the others day, my muscle all are pain and cramps. It's just like you lost your both arm. OMG! it's really pain! I can't even take up a pair of chopsticks....but my friend tell me it's one of the process of gym, so don't feel fear about it. Just continued what you have done....Gym makes me crazy!!
