Let introduce the famous Taiwanese Noodle. Its originated from melaka.One of the unique things about Taiwanese noodles is that the pork ribs is crispy and tasty.As might seen before,most of the eateries here are a simple set up of a few small table and stools along the shop.
There have many customer wating for seat, we are so lucky just wait for 15 min and get the seat. Although the shop is small, but the customer still willing to wait for it.
The main dishes that we have tried is Taiwanese pork rib noodles.It is just simple and nice with the special modulation sauce.The most main dishes is the Pork ribs, the taste is salty and crispy.(different with the shi ling(士林) taste. It is more original taste when taste it.
